There’s a kid on a leash at Water Taxi Beach on Governors Island. I’m enjoying watching her walk off then get pulled back by her father. Pretty lazy parenting…..but entertaining for others.

Just had my first Chicago-style hot dog from Portillos…..sans mustard. So delicious. Italian beef sandwich? Not so much.
